2. Our support tech will give you a password and direct you to our remote assist Web site so you can download the client software.

3. Sit back and watch as our tech remotely takes control of your computer to scan, detect, diagnose, and possibly correct any problems.

4. When finished press the disconnect button which returns control to your computer and disables remote control until the next time you need it.
